We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO & SEM Strategist to join our team at Mortar. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve search engine rankings, optimize paid campaigns, and maximize ROI across digital platforms. You will work closely with our content, design, and development teams to ensure our clients achieve strong online visibility and sustainable growth.

SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for organic growth.
On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, including content optimization, internal linking, backlink building, and technical SEO improvements.
SEM Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, monitor analytics, and create reports to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaboration: Work with content writers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture, UX, and content delivery.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with algorithm changes, new tools, and best practices to keep strategies effective and competitive.
